Having already cut dairy from my diet and spending quite a bit of time in the company of a vegetarian I sat and watched this documentary on Netflix the other night.  What The Health raises some interesting questions both from a personal health and moral standpoint.  Other people suffer so that I can eat bacon?

What makes it even more intriguing are the articles coming out to discredit it.  Sensational headlines but when you actually read them, they state that the film makers may have exaggerated the comparison between processed meat and smoking, slightly…. which we kind of knew already thank you Time Magazine.  

So I have decided to try a plant based diet going forward.  No time limits, no big commitment.  To be honest I can’t even bring myself to say the ‘V word’, but if it in any way helps my health and therefore my tattooing then it’s worth investigating properly.
